I have relationship with one's before my nulity of marraige which he told to do. l have that prove by call record & mobile veido. now I got nulity of marraige but he diny to marry me. and also told that he didn't know about my pasand also threat me. he work in bank. is phone call, veido are enough to prove or is he bound to marry me legally?or by banking sector?

1) Yes. Ur recordings will be sufficient proof.

2) Lodge FIR with police who will investigate.

3) Also lodge a complaint with the Bank Higher Authorities of his cheating.

4) File case under DV act of ur domestic live in relationship and his verbal and emotional abuse.
