Legal Question in Tax Law in India

Sir, Customs has issued a Show Cause Notice based on a sample seized by them under a Mahazar in a sealed condition. The sample cans were lying in their Office for 3 days without sealing. All of a sudden they have seized it in sealed condition. When asked for the Mahazar under which the opened were sealed, they are not providing but directed me to file the reply within 7 days. At this stage what I should do?
