How much are the charges in getting the probation done for an unregistered Will in west Delhi of a plot size 500 sq yards and is partitioned according to Will in six portions and each portion is about 200 sq mts. Can individual portion be probated.

it is the will, the document which is probated and not the property. after the court orders probate, the stamp duty is 4% of the value of the property
