Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
Dear Sir / Madam,
A Lady has executed a "Will" and registered the same in favour of her daughter in Nov 2002 and subsequently expired this May 2013. In this regard I have a few queries please: -
(a) Whether the daughter would be required to re-register all properties etc.in her name?
(b) And, if she is a NRI (which is not sure yet), what procedure would be required to be adopted legally?

No she does not need to re- register rather just need to get her name changed.......
