Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Dear Sir,

We are four brothers and my father has given all the property to three though its not official but each of them enjoy's property equally divided among themselves. I asked my father several times but he has a deaf ears towards me. Now, I have decided to de associate my self as one of his heir. Please advise me what I have to do for this. I am firm that I want to make my own property and never take any pie from my father even though he makes a will later.

Dear Sir,

There is nothing you need to do to disassociate yourself as one of the heir. Just get on with your own life ambitions, set goals, and work towards achieving them. Do not bother yourself with what your father chooses to do with his own property. Advise others, only if and when asked for. Maintain cordial relations with all family members.
