Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
I am the eldest son.My mother & young brother still alive.My father expired in 2004 at that time he was 74 yrs. Prior to death of my father he had prolong illness.In the year 2001 my young brother instigate me father to make a entire building property will in his name.I have huge amount monetary ,physical contribution to construct the said building.
The will not yet registered,there is no any executor nominated.Please advice me the system so that I can get my share of building portion for residence.
