Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
my father was died in 1990
my mother was died in 2009
my mother made will
my mother mention all her own property in will
my mother also mention of her husband (my father ) property
my mother also mention of her son (my brother) name property in will
she mention that all of this property is equally divided into her 3 son
my question is that how this will will be executed

mother cud write her Will respect to her own property only n not others. So will has to be read n restricted only to her property. for execution, local state rule will apply.
