Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Trinidad and Tobago

My father died recently after him giving me a house on his property of which there are four, which I invested over 20,000 dolars to renovate his wife who resides in the US... Came back for the funeral after which changed the locks on my apt..

Telling me we had nothing in writing and she doesn't believe I am his daughter, I have no idea if there is a will or not as she isn't telling me anything regarding same

Questions

1 Is your father's name on your birth certificate? This is very important. Check under name of father in your birth certificate and does your father;'s name appear under name of father on your birth certificate?

The birth certificate is the only required evidence of your father if he is named in your birth certificate

2 Is the woman referred to as his wife his legal spouse(is your father married to her)? I assume she is not your mother.

3 Do you have a copy of your dad's death certificate? A search can be done to find out about any will if any.

4 Do you have a copy pf the deed for the property on which the house stands?

4 Do your father have any other children?

5 What is the relation amongst the wife, your dad and yourself?
