Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in
My Father made a will but it is unregistered.He is expired.Basic provision in will is,I am executor of will
1.sister. Lump sum money to her & one LIC policy
2.My self Flat + rest of money in Bank & postoffice &whatever left!
We are close brother &sister.& she will cooperate to execute the will.Please advse procedure reqired to follow.

you may seek probate of the will and as she is the consenting party, she may help in getting the probate.
