My father has written a will. In the will it is clearly stated that all his properties should go to his wife and fetr that to my sister and me equally.
Do we have to probate the will? What are the expenses involved? What is the time that is needed for the probation? IS there any other way to transfer the property on our names if we do not probate the will/
