i have filed for probate in Vadodara, for property in Kandivali East, i seek your advise for applicable district court address and public notice to be published in mumbai

Dear Sir / Madam,

The concerned Court in Vadodara is legally bound to issue the summons / notice of the Probate hearing to all the concerned legal heirs of the property to remain present in the Court on the appointed date for the case hearing.
