Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

What the gentleman asked about is Survival Certificate and not succession certificate. In Karnataka it can be obtained from Revenue Officer,(Tahsildar) after producing an affidavit as to names survivors, proof of address, proof of birth certificate. This comes under Sakala now.
