Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My grandfather executed a registered property will in 2008, he make my father and grandmother in equal share.
But my grandmother died in 2016 and grandfather died in 2020. But grandfather didn't make any changes in property will.
We presented the will to tehsil dar and he said this will is no long valid, and it should have been revised after grand mother death, is it correct?

the will becomes operational after death of the testator. Is your grandfather still alive?
