Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in

My grandfather was passed away in 2001, and he has 2 sons and 2 daughters, all are married, he left with a unregistered will on his 2 grand children (i.e Myself and my brother) of his elder son, and his younger son doesn't had children, daughters also got married 20 years back, how can we get legal rights on the property mentioned in the will

you will have to get the probate of the will by filing it in the court of district judge. depending upon the objections, if any from your uncle and two aunts, the court will grant the probate and then you may apply for substitution of your name to the local authority
