Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in

My grantmother inherited all the assets as per my my grandfathers will after his death.my mother has 2 younger brothers.Now how my mother can get her share of asset without having legal problems in future from my uncles. one of my uncle took 2 signatures from my grandmother (she was unable to read)on different papers.we dont know the content of the papers.my grandmother is willing to give share of asset to my mother.so please advice how to get immediate right on the asset without legal complications in future.

You can ask your Grand Mother to gift whatever she wishes to give to your mother in her life time.
