Who is the legal owner of a brahamchari sadhu's property after his death?

Dear Sir / Madam,

If there are no surviving legal heirs of the brahmachari sadhu, the concerned Ashram / Sanstha / Trust to whom the brahmachari sadhu was affiliated becomes the legal owner of the sadhu's property.
