My mother died intestate two years back. My father predecrased my mother about seven years back. MY Mother owns a vacant plot and some shares in a company. I am the only heir to them. To transfer the above properties to my name what should I do ?We are Hindus and governed by Hindu Law of succession.

To transfer the properties on your name apply to authorities with death certificate and succession certificate and enter your name in ROR.
