Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My mother has made a will to my name and registered it in 2015. Now due to some differences between me and my wife I have requested her to write on my name with pakka registration. She denied for it. I have one sister she is fine to write a registered document stating I'm rightful owner and she don't have any objections. Post this do I get the full rights or still there is a chance to my sister
