Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Hi, My Mother would like to write a Will. She has 2.5 acres of agricultural land and owns passbook for land. Now, she wants to write a WILL that after she passes away, that land should belong to me as I am her daughter. So I would like to know the following things:
1. My mother has 2 sons and 1 daughter (me). When she writes a WILL, can her sons create a problem?
2. After my mother passes away, how should her daughter claim the property?
3. Can my mother write a WILL where her daughter can claim property before she passes away? Does my mother have an option like that?

dear MAdam............

1) her sons can creat problem when the WILL shall be probated ..... not at the time of writing of WILL

2) in order to claim the property her daughter need to get the WILL probated through the COURT

3) yes she can wright the WILL .... but during probating the WILL your brothers can challange the WILL

SO get the WILL registered and if possible get the video graphy ....

get the WILL signed by two Witness who shall be in support of you ....
