Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
There is property at rajkot in the joint name of my wife and my only daughter. my wife expired recently. i and my daughter are legal heir, but i do'nt need share. i want to transfer entire property in the name of my daughter. is probate necessary or it can be transferred 100% in my daughter's name without probate? please intimate procedure.

No need of probate. She should file suit for declaration against you.
