Sir,
We have a purcahsed a property whose map is not matching with the actual construction. There is a material difference in actual & papers.It means construction is not as per approved plan.
what should we do now?

your assumption seems to be correct. the construction may not be per the sanctioned plan. for regularisation of the extra construction you need to check the bye laws of the corporation
