Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

Hello Sir, I am running Trust under new management mutt & Temple, being listed at the state Department of Religious and Charitable Authority, now issue is that earlier management performed Criminal Breach of Trust by cheating general public by taking false endowments connected to the moveable & immovable properties, ad wrongly misrepresented general public through cheating them in a hidden way through conspiracies, also dirilicted with their due perpetual pious obligations contravene's through diviating along with an author of Trust having performed utlra vires act under contract obligations by doing an impossible contract defraudinh general public.. please advice.
