would like to know the procedure of registration and address where it get registered,

Take the following;
Original Will with photo of executant
Identity of the executant
One extra copy of the WILL
Both attesting witness with their proof of identity
Physical presence of executant and the two attesting witnesses
Go to the office of registrar, it takes about half an hour.
