Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
Dear sir I am working as a executive a mining company.. now company partially close, so company decided to cut employee. company gave notice to employees before one month. now problem is that company do not give us salary or one time settlement. kindly help us what we will do ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the Company has partially closed down, you should straightaway approach the Managing Director as well as the Chief Finance Officer and the Chief Internal Auditor asking for immediate settlement of your pending salary dues, and to give you a relieving letter, and a Service Certificate to enable you to fend for a new job elsewhere.
