Legal Question in Workers Comp in India

Hello,
I am an employee of a IT company and I am resigning from my job.
I had an increment 5 months back but I have to change my job due to some personal financial problems. But after I submitted my resignation in the organization the CEO of the company has told my Team Leader that he will revoke my salary to the earlier amount i.e. the salary I was withdrawing before the increment. Can he do so? And if not then what shall I do in this case? And there is nothing mentioned about this in the offer letter or appointment letter.
Please help me as soon as possible.

U mean to say that u left the company after the agreement and again joined it? If this is the case, he can do so. Call for clarification.
