Legal Question in Workers Comp in India

I am a widow and sole source of income for my kids...waz an employee in a partnership firm..from last six years...for some reasons and legal issues from boss side...I use to get salary in cheque as wel in cash..sort of cheating started from last diwali in bonus part...wrote mail to boss...he did not count cash bonus...which waz supposed to be given...he replied in mail...he will be paying after diwali vacation....but he didn't....wrote hi mail requesting transperency in all dis henceforth...he refused...hate to go ahead wid wrong things...so sent him resignation specially mentioning due to sort of cheating...cud not work anymr and resigning...though only reason is required transparency in payment mode....resigned on 16th November 2013....again he gratuity ..when I asked...he said dat will be on 20th of December 2013.... Told he Wil inform once docs n cheque ready....today on 21st December 2013...he had called me in morning...saying...dat just now he saw ...cheating mentioned in resignation...so cannot proceed wit gratuity and experience certificate...he straightaway told...if you want it...change resignation and giv to him....or else go with him oustation smwhr...where d consultant is...and tel in front of him what cheating did boss do........!!!!!

Kindly help me in dis....how can I giv any other reason...to resign...I didn't happily resign from job...but cannot go with wrong things...had to take such risky step.....

Can an employer refuse for gratuity ...to employee???? Or this is harassment on a widow...by saying change resignation...or else won't get gratuity amount and experience cert!!!!????

he is harrassing you file a cpompl;aint of harrassment against him with the police and ensure that an FIR is registered. for further help contact 9312411481
