Legal Question in Workers Comp in India

i have been working in pharmaceutical company as business manager company holded my salary, expense ,incentive from april 13 without informing me and also didnot took any decipilinary action against nor terminated my service nor i have resigned . i was not a confirmed employee. i worked in company for more than 1yr6 month . how to file legal case on company. pls guide

Dear Sir / Madam,

Not paying employee salary and dues constitutes a fraud. You should immediately lodge an FIR in the local Police Station for "cheating" against the concerned HR Head of the Company.

Please re-post query if there is no Police action within 3 days of lodging the FIR.
