eeoc found I have been a victim of pregnancy discrimination. What happens now? Do I need an attonrey?

Yes, I would recommend that you speak to an attorney. The EEOC may choose to pursue your claim or provide you with a "right to sue" letter for you to pursue it on your own. If you receive a right to sue letter, there is a time limit within which you must file your claim. You should have an experienced attorney review your case to determine if it is worth pursuing.
