late fees on mortgage after chapter 13
Can a mortgage co. charge late fees on payments after a chapter 13 when payments have been current since the chapter 13.''this is a subprime loan'' A NIGHTMARE FOR ME AND MY WIFE. THANK YOU!JIM

Jim:
If you received a "discharge" in bankruptcy - you completed your case - you should not be charged late fees.
