Legal Question in Business Law in Alabama

Legality on delivering alcohol

I am thinking of starting a business that delivers alcohol much like Dominoe's delivers pizza. I am a student in a college town. I think it would be safer for students to have it delivered than have to drive drunk to go get more. Is it legal to sell beer retail and deliver it? I understand I would have to ensure the person buying it is over 21. Would I be responsible for everyone at the residence?
