Legal Question in Business Law in Alabama
im have an llc alabama incorporation with a friend. 50/50 partnership. i am the only signer on the account in our corp name. now she says, since we have a client and money coin gin, that the spilt will be 3 ways to include her husband. that's not our deal. now se wants on the bank account too, and I agree, but now im afraid she will do something to hurt the business, take the oney or make things hard for me to conduct business with our new client. what should i do?

As a franchise attorney I can only say hopefully you used a good business attorney to set up the LLC and develop a good operating agreement. The operating agreement should answer most of your questiions. If not, consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area ASAP for specific advice.
