Legal Question in Business Law in Alabama

I have a non compete agreement with three instructors that have decided to no longer teach under me. They and their school are within 20 of me and where I am teaching. What is the next step I need to take in this matter. Do I sue them or can I have them closed. The non compete states they will not teach or take or anything in a martial arts program or school for at least a two year period after leaving my instruction.

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. Noncompetes are strictly construed and must be reasonable in time as well as geographic scope. Two years is probably pushing it, and what about the geographic scope? You should take the complete agreement to and consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
