Legal Question in Business Law in Alabama
I have a single member LLC in Alabama, I would like to add a member to the LLC, is there any special filings I need to make to add a member. Someone told me that it vary state by state.

If you are not going to have it handled by an attorney...you can check the Alabama Secretary of State website to see what is required.
