Credit co;;ection calls

I am an elderly woman who has limited mobility, My son receives his mail at my residence however he no longer lives with me. His creditors call me several times a day I have informed them that he doesn't live with me how can I get them to stop calling me?

Debt collectors cannot call you if you have told them your son is no longer living there or never lived there. What do they say when they call you? Do they leave voicemail messages? Are these collection agencies or the credit card companies?
