Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Alabama

If i make an agreement to sell a dog to a couple for $350 and they give me a $50 deposit and tell me theyll give me the rest after they get the tax return but dont respond to my text or phone calls do i have any legal authorization to goto the house and get the dog back?
