Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Alabama

my wages are being frozen in my account through collections i cant get a straight answer from anyone(my bank,the courts ,the debt collector) about how the monies will be take out could someone please explain this to me will everything that goes into my account be held ?,if so how do i pay my bills and live

It sounds like a judgment was taken against you. You could have gone to court on that, but did not. After the judgment was taken, a garnishment was placed on your wages or bank account. If you put money in that account they will take it. Did you receive notice of the garnishment? Did you object to it by claiming the exemptions that are available to you?
