I was arrested for disorderly conduct in Montgomery, AL. This is a class C misdemeanor. The maximum sentencing for this is 3 months in jail. This is my first offense. I am not sure if it matters, but I am gainfully employed and a senior in college. What are the chances that I will be sentenced to jail time?

Slim and none unless you do something stupid like smart off to the judge. Just be respectful and apologetic and you should get probation.
