Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alabama

Same Attorney/Same Parties/One Civil & One Criminal Case

Family Court Case involving ex-husband and ex-wife for child support. During questioning, in this case, ex-wife admits to a criminal act against the ex-husband. She pulled the ex-husband credit and said since she was a realtor, she could pull anyone's credit. The judge reprimands her and tells her she has committed a criminal act and that it was not lawful for her to pull anyone's credit. Ex-husband files a warrant against her. She gets arrested, and is awaiting jury trial. However, their family court case is still open. She has changed attorneys. The attorney that she obtained for the criminal case, she has just hired for the civil case. Is this a conflict, since the criminal case is still open?

No conflict as is same client in a different matter with some of the same parties. Would be conflict if attorney represented another one of the parties against her own client.
