Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alabama
My boyfriend was arrested last month for POP and POM II in Alabama passing thru on vacation. Upon bonding him out they advised us to ask for pretrial diversion. I want to know if this is our best option being that he works for county government where we live. But it seems the initial search may not have been legal...should we opt for this anyway because of the delicate nature of his job?
