Due Process??
Do you have the right to see a judge before you are placed on probation? After my arrest, I was sent to a tasc agency where I was placed on probation and paying fees, submitting to random drug screens and AA meetings! I haven't even had my court date yet. What happened to innocent until proven guilty?

That was more than likely a condition of your bond. Did TASC make your bond?
