Re: parole violations

If you are arrested for a new charge while you are on parole, you will be charged with violation of your parole. You will have to go to a hearing, where you can dispute the allegations against you. What evidence they will present against you depends on the particular circumstances of your case.

You do have the right to have an attorney present at your hearing, and I would encourage you to retain an attorney as soon as possible so that you can plan your defense before you get arrested on the violation. It will be difficult for you to prepare for the hearing if you are sitting in jail. If you have not contacted an attorney, please get in touch with one right away.

Our office can represent you in a parole violation hearing. If you would like to discuss the matter with me further, please feel free to give me a call or send me an email.

Good luck to you.
