what is the statue of limitations on a discrimination claim?

Re: statue of limitations

The statute of limitations is 6 months for filing a claim with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. If that has been done, you have two years from the date of the last incident. There are exceptions and other issues; however, these are the basic deadlines.
