Legal Question in DUI Law in Alabama

I received a dui ticket in Montgomery AL on July 20,2009. It is my second offence in three years. The penality for the second offence is $1100, 5 days in jail , suspended licence and attend drug court. My court scheduled date is Oct 29, 2009. If I plead guilty on my court date will I begin serving my 5 days immediately or can I serve it at a later date? The reason I want to know is my job has me scheduled for training classes on Nov 2,2009 thru Nov 6, 2009. Should I sign up for the class? Can I serve my time on the weekend?

You need to get a lawyer. You can then get a continuance and go from there to make your job schedule work. I don't think you'll get to serve weekends only.
