At what age in the state of alabama can a child say that they no longer want to go to the non custodial parents home every other weekend for visitation. i have a 10 year old that is not wanting to go to her daddy's house on the weekend and I need to know when I can just say NO you don't have to go anymore.

Contrary to popular thought, there is no such thing. The child is to go but the parent does not have to force them but can not just agree to not have to go.
