Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

Child visitation laws.

My divorce took place in AL. I moved to GA 18months ago.  Continued every other weekend visitation with father sharing transportation.  Father now moved where it was 4 hours from children's home in GA. At what point can visitation be altered. Children are missing out on sports events and other activites. If children ask to remain home, father accuses me of trying to steal his time and does not allow children to remain home or to pick them up after event. What does the law say concerning this?All legal procedings are still in county of divorce in AL.

You need to provide some more specific information about the ages of your children in order to answer, since there are jurisdictional issues to be considered.
