how to get a court ordered paternity test?

I was married and I left my husband while i was pregneat.. she is 18 months old now and he has never seen her.. how do I go about getting a court order DNA test so hopefully he will sign off his right and my husband can legally adopt her?

You never mentioned if you were still married or had divorced? If you are divorced, then do the papers say anything about paternity of the child and child support. If not, then perhaps you can go to probate court and file adoption still. But this is trickey and should not be done without a lawyer.
