how do i get custody of my grandchild in shelby cty. ala. the father is deceased , the mother is willing , she lives in fla.?

You should probably speak with an attorney about filing a petition for custody. There are too many variables involved to give you a concise response. Such as, where the child lives, how long, existing court orders, etc.
