Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

Me and my husband are in the state of Alabama. The courts granted my parents rights to our child and we can only visit with her 4 hours, 3 days a week for 5 months. Is this legal if we are doing everything we were directed to do and the "safety plan" that lasted 90 days have come to an end and they started it over?

Do you still have a case in Family Court? If so, I would advise you to consult your attorneys and speak with them regarding custody. If the case is closed, then you need to file a petition for custody at the family court and then it will start the process. If you can not afford a lawyer, one will be appointed to you.
