Can a 17 year old Male get married in the State of Alabma with out his parents permission or them knowing about it? If not is there anywhere you can, and is it true if the female is pregnant can a 17 year old get married in South Carolina with out parents knowing it?

No. You need parental permission at 17 in Ala. I don't know about S. Carolina.
