Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

I am a mother paying child support for 3 children in the state of Idaho. One of these children is now 19 years old and is not in school. One lives with her father in Idaho and the other has lived here with me for the past 2 years. They will not modify my child support because they have me on what is calles a "Family Plan". Is there anything I can do. I am in the arears about 25000.00 and I have been paying 400.00 a month, my ordered support is 290.00 but I feel like I am in a prison. He waited 5 years to come after me for child support that is why I owe so much. What can I do?

You need a lawyer in Idaho who is familiar with the law in that state regarding these issues.
